Hon. A.D. (Dory) Reiling Ph.D. Mag.Iur. (May 24 1950) is a retired senior judge of the Amsterdam District Court, she was a senior judicial reform specialist at the World Bank and IT program manager for the Netherlands judiciary, and actively involved in designing and building digital procedures for the civil courts in the Netherlands. She has advised, the Parliament of the Netherlands on AI for courts, Amnesty International on AI and human rights, and contributed to CCJE Opinion 14, the Ethical Charter on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Judicial Systems for the Commission for the Efficiency of Justice of the Council of Europe and the Unesco guidelines on AI for courts.
